Mike Corfield - Managing Director
Mike is a wellness coach who graduated from Brighton University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He’s worked in the health industry ever since as a personal trainer, sports therapist and corporate health coach before going on to set up We Do Wellness with his wife Claire.
 
His passion lies in working with organisations to integrate wellness into their culture and support their employees towards their wellness goals creating healthy, thriving businesses.

Claire Corfield - ​Operations Director
Following a busy career in marketing and project management in London for a top international charity Claire understands how valued, healthy employees help build successful businesses.
 
She is passionate about helping companies develop a healthy, happy culture and always ensures our clients get the best customer experience.

Aaron - Strength and Conditioning Coach & Pilates Instructor 
As a research-based practitioner Aaron brings a scientific approach to every session, ensuring  clients have the optimal chance of achieving their goals. 

Aaron’s training philosophy is that successful physical performance starts with solid movement foundations! His “move well, perform better” philosophy can also be observed throughout all of his 1-1 sessions and Pilates classes.

Camilla - Sleep Therapist

As a former insomniac, Camilla is a firm believer that anyone can be helped to get better sleep and is dedicated to finding the right solution to stop your sleepless nights
 
Camilla is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which research shows is the most effective treatment for insomnia with a success rate of over 70%. Her passion is helping people get the best night’s sleep possible.

Helen - Yoga Teacher
​

​The style of practice Helen offers is physically challenging but fluid, balanced and playful in order to help you tune into an experience of grace and freedom in your own body.
 
 She trained originally with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2015 and has subsequently trained in pregnancy yoga with Lushtums and Vajrasati Yoga at an advanced level.

Lily - Nutritionist
Lily is a Nutritionist whose passion is to simplify the science around nutrition. She specialises in implementing nutrition focused wellbeing programmes for companies across the UK. 
 
Lily regularly writes for The Times, The Telegraph, Women's Health and Cosmopolitan and has appeared on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ and ‘Save Money: Lose Weight.’

​Mark - Personal Trainer

Mark is an Exercise and Sport Science graduate who has worked in a number of roles within the health and fitness sector over the last 10 years including Senior Personal Trainer, class instructor and adult educator.

He loves pushing people to the next level and his classes are results driven and always tough!

Amandine - Yoga Teacher

Amandine offers balanced and varied classes incorporating meditation, yogic philosophy & mindfulness with a strong emphasis on encouraging each individual to develop their own understanding of yoga. 


She has completed 200 hours yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow and is working towards her 500 hour training in Thailand and India

Caroline - Pilates Teacher

​During her career as a School teacher, Caroline found that her posture, core strength and health began to suffer. She decided to turn to Pilates and never looked back, feeling stronger, leaner and more mindfully focussed than ever before.

​Get stronger, more flexible and leaner in Caroline's classes which are always delivered with a smile.

Jesse - Nutrition and Fitness Coach

Jesse is a passionate nutrition and lifestyle coach who focuses on developing long term habits and behaviour change across the whole lifestyle from nutrition and fitness to sleep, mindset and stress management.

​Her bespoke workshops deliver interactive education with practical solutions to implement at home. She has also spoken at collaborative and industry events.

Lucy- Mindfulness Coach
​Lucy trained with Mindful Academy International and is in her second year of a Masters in Mindfulness at Bangor University.

Previous to this she spent 20 years as a corporate Training Manager which gave her a real insight into workplace stresses and challenges. She regularly delivers mindfulness courses to schools, individuals and businesses.

Betta - Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist
Betta’s motto is ‘a healthy mind lives in a healthy body’ - her yoga classes are focused on calming the mind, breathwork and body alignment while keeping them energetic. 
​
She is trained in a variety of massage disciplines including on-site chair, Thai, Deep Tissue and is also a circus fitness instructor.

Bert - Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Executive Coach 
Bert is highly experienced and has been invited to present to doctors, consultants and psychiatrists at the British Medical Association on his areas of special interest including stress, anxiety, PTSD, and low self esteem.

Along with working 1:1 with clients he regularly facilitates group sessions in the workplace teaching stress management workshops.

Chris - Mental Health First Aid Instructor 

​Chris has a 15 year background of working in mental health and substance misuse and has worked for the NHS and high end private rehabilitation centres. ​

Chris’ mission is twofold. Firstly to improve mental health in the workplace to benefit the sufferer, secondly to convince businesses that looking after employee mental health improves the bottom line.

Jess - Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist
Jess has trained in a range of massage techniques including onsite chair, deep tissue, Swedish, holistic and pregnancy.

She is also one of our resident yoga teachers having trained for over 500 hours in schools across Europe and India. She regularly delivers playful and energetic yoga classes as well as breathwork and meditation exercises to relieve mental stress.

Megan - Mindfulness Coach
Megan is a straightforward and warm coach, teaching scientifically proven techniques to a wide range of audiences including creatives, young people and corporate clients.

She believes everyone can benefit from incorporating mindfulness and meditation into their daily lives and aims to personalise and demystify the process so that it is accessible to all.

Abigail - Pilates Teacher
After discovering Pilates ten years ago and witnessing how significantly it changed her own body Abigail decided to train for a qualification with the esteemed Body
Control Pilates.
​
Her teaching is precise and challenging, and she likes to keep a momentum and flow to her classes which will improve posture, strength, self esteem and everything in between!
