Mike is a wellness coach who graduated from Brighton University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He’s worked in the health industry ever since as a personal trainer, sports therapist and corporate health coach before going on to set up We Do Wellness with his wife Claire.
His passion lies in working with organisations to integrate wellness into their culture and support their employees towards their wellness goals creating healthy, thriving businesses.

Aaron - Strength and Conditioning Coach & Pilates Instructor
As a research-based practitioner Aaron brings a scientific approach to every session, ensuring clients have the optimal chance of achieving their goals.
Aaron’s training philosophy is that successful physical performance starts with solid movement foundations! His “move well, perform better” philosophy can also be observed throughout all of his 1-1 sessions and Pilates classes.
Camilla - Sleep Therapist
As a former insomniac, Camilla is a firm believer that anyone can be helped to get better sleep and is dedicated to finding the right solution to stop your sleepless nights
Camilla is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which research shows is the most effective treatment for insomnia with a success rate of over 70%. Her passion is helping people get the best night’s sleep possible.
Helen - Yoga Teacher
The style of practice Helen offers is physically challenging but fluid, balanced and playful in order to help you tune into an experience of grace and freedom in your own body.
She trained originally with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2015 and has subsequently trained in pregnancy yoga with Lushtums and Vajrasati Yoga at an advanced level.
Lily - Nutritionist
Lily is a Nutritionist whose passion is to simplify the science around nutrition. She specialises in implementing nutrition focused wellbeing programmes for companies across the UK.
Lily regularly writes for The Times, The Telegraph, Women's Health and Cosmopolitan and has appeared on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ and ‘Save Money: Lose Weight.’
Mark - Personal Trainer
Mark is an Exercise and Sport Science graduate who has worked in a number of roles within the health and fitness sector over the last 10 years including Senior Personal Trainer, class instructor and adult educator.
He loves pushing people to the next level and his classes are results driven and always tough!
