  • Muscle release and activation techniques that work instantly to improve your alignment and movement.
  • How your workspace set-up influences your posture and what to do about it.
  • Strategies to increase your day-to-day movement in the office.

EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE:

  • A toolkit of daily exercises to improve movement and posture.
  • A tennis ball to help carry out some of the exercises.
